Protect Your Skin
My mother always taught me about protecting my skin so I do not wind up with skin cancer like her aunt did (my great aunt). I was always told to wear sun screen while in the sun, and that will help prevent wrinkles and keep me looking youthful. The minimum should be SPF 15. My mom still continues to say to me "You will still get a tan, believe me !" My mom and I look like twins, and if I am lucky enough, I will continue to have good skin and look youthful when I get older.
Wear Sun Screen, no one wants wrinkles do they !!!
