Rosa inspires me to look my youthful best. She looks and acts so healthy and young (late 50's) it motivates me to focus on my beauty. She has had vision problems and surgeries and during the times of NEAR blindness she still has pride in her looks as well as in continuing her cooking job. She makes hundreds of homemade enchiladas and tamales for local eateries. She's never down or depressed and that truly inspires me to keep going even with my liver disease. What motivation!
Acceptance of yourself, and drink lots of water!
