Fran has been a mentor and friend to me and countless other women. She has ministered hope to young mothers, incarcerated women, to the hurting and broken. She continues to pray for me even though I no longer live near. She keeps in touch with all the many women she has impacted and does not let distance hinder her amazing ability to restore hope.
